Кенес Ракишев — реальный виновник бойни на Рочдельской

В распоряжении Устав ГРУПП оказались расшифровки судебных заседаний над сотрудниками полиции, которых совершенно необоснованно обвинили в том, что они не помешали перестрелке у ресторана «Элементс» (владелица Жанна Ким) . Напомним, у этого заведения сошлись в схватке адвокат Эдуард Буданцев со своими бойцами и «авторитет» Андрей Кочуйков (Итальянец) со своими. Именно после перестрелки Андрей Кочуйков («правая рука» «вора в законе» Захара Калашова) попал в СИЗО, откуда его пытались вызволить при помощи взятки сотрудникам СКР. В результате «авторитет» на свободу не вышел, а сотрудники СКР и Калашов сами попали в СИЗО. Новые материалы, попавшие в редакцию,  показывают, что виновником всей этой истории является близкий друг Жанны Ким олигарх из Казахстана Кенес Ракишев. Сначала Жанна, явно выполняя задание Ракишева, провоцировала Кочуйкова на конфликт. А потом Ракишев отправил на жесткую «разборку» с авторитетом адвоката Буданцева с боевым оружием. По большому счету, это с подачи Ракишева и завертелась вся эта история, закончившаяся арестом Калашова и сотрудников СКР.

         Однако, казахский бизнесмен даже не был допрошен по делу. Что и не удивительно. Сейчас в поле зрения спецслужб попали два адвоката-решальщика – Максимилиан Гришин и Владимир Тимошин. Они обслуживают интересы Ракишева и в их задачи входит делать так, чтобы фамилия бизнесмена исчезала из разных уголовных дел. Спецслужбы активно занимаются данной коррупционной сетью и после посадки Гришина и Тимошина, намерены вплотную взяться за их клиента Ракишева.

Вернемся к событиям на Рочдельской.

Итак, 16 декабря 2015 года. С момента перестрелки у ресторана «Элементс», в которой участвовали люди Эдуарда Буданцева и люди Андрея Кочуйкова, прошло немногим более суток. Буданцев еще находится под стражей (позже ему изберут меру пресечения в виде домашнего ареста), проходит его первый допрос. Адвокат подробно описывает события, произошедшие 14 декабря 2015 года (протокол допроса есть в распоряжении http://russiangate.site). В частности, Буданцев так описывает, как ему пришлось поехать в «Элементс»:  «14 декабря, примерно в 20 часов, мне на мобильный позвонил то ли Вячеслав, то ли Кенес, я их по голосам путаю». Звонивший и рассказал, что какие-то люди «наезжают» на владелицу ресторана «Элементс» Жанну Ким и ей требуется срочная помощь. Под Вячеславом подразумевается крупный казахский бизнесмен Вячеслав Ким (родственник Жанны, инвестор ресторана «Элементс»). Однако, в данном случае звонившим Буданцеву был все-же не он, а именно Кенес Ракишев (близкий приятель Жанны и тоже инвестор «Элементс»). О том, что адвокату звонил именно Ракишев следует, как из материалов «дела Буданцева», так и из материалов дела в отношении сотрудников полиции, обвинявшихся в том, что они не предотвратили перестрелку. По данным http://fib.name), в этих делах присутствуют детализации телефонных соединений «трубок» Буданцева и Ким. Так, вот из этих детализаций следует, что, когда к Ким приехали люди Итальянца, она звонила по разным номерам, в том числе Кенесу Ракишеву. В свою очередь, Ракишев вскоре после этой беседы позвонил Буданцеву. И последний стал собираться в ресторан «Элементс». А вот соединений между телефоном Буданцева и телефоном Жанны нет. Более того, Ким до последнего не знала, кто приедет на ее защиту. Она записывала разговоры с вымогателями на диктофон, который не выключала. Из-за этого на записи (она присутствует в материалах дела и есть в распоряжении Устав ГРУПП) оказались беседы Жанны с людьми из ее команды, а также некоторые телефонные беседы (слышен голос только Ким). Разговоры с Жанной ведут юристы оппонентов, пытаясь прояснить ситуацию с долгом. Никаких угроз нет. Ситуация меняется после того, как Ким связалась со своим близким другом, инвестором «Элементс» казахским бизнесменом Кенесом Ракишевым. Он ей обещает прислать своих бойцов, после чего Ким начинает откровенно хамить гостям, провоцируя их на конфликт. Сам Ракишев в это время отправил на «разборку» адвоката Эдуарда Буданцева, тесно связанного с ФСБ РФ.

При этом Ракишев явно знал, что к конфликту подключились люди «вора в законе» Захара Калашова (Шакро Молодой), но от Буданцева утаил эти сведения. Таким образом, по мнению источников Rucriminal.info, он намеренно провоцировал конфликт.

Когда же в ресторане появляется Буданцев с сопровождением, Ким вначале не понимает, что это за люди и с чьей они стороны. Она даже интересуется у участкового- кто это такие. Опытный Буданцев быстро проводит ее опрос, чтобы понять в чем суть конфликта. И тут уже до Ким доходит, что это и есть, те самые «люди Кенеса». К чести адвоката, он не стушевался перед более, чем десятью вооруженными гангстерами и помешал вымогательству. При этом, рискуя жизнью.

Более того, он прикрыл не только Жанну, но и Ракишева. Позже Буданцев изменил показания, заявив, что у него с 2014 года было заключено соглашение об оказании юридической помощи с ООО «Гангам Стайл» (принадлежит Ким) и именно в рамках этого соглашения он и прибыл 14 декабря в «Элементс».  А не по просьбе Кенеса Ракишева.

         Буданцеву все-таки пришлось признать, что инициатором «разборки» был именно Ракишев. Произошло это 29 июня 2017 года на слушаниях в Пресненском суде над сотрудниками полиции. Туда в качестве свидетеля был вызван адвокат Эдуард Буданцев. Ему прямо указали, что во время допросов он противоречил сам себе. И он вынужден был признать, что Кенес Ракишев ему все-таки звонил и просил приехать на «разборку» к «Элементс».

По мнению rucriminal.info, Кенес Ракишев мог быть участником сложной игры с целью подставить Шакро Молодого. (А придумать что-то лучше для этого, чем «в темную» отправить на выяснение отношений Буданцева, невозможно). Ведь Ракишев тоже не чужд «темного мира», в частности, в Интернете появлялись фотографии, на которых Кенес запечатлен вместе с Анваром Габбазовым- братом «вора в законе» Рустама Габбазова (Рустик Бишкекский, похищен и убит в Подмосковье в 2004 году).

         О том, что они стали жертвой провокации с участием Ракишева, полагают и сами Андрей Кочуйков и Захар Калашов. Итальянец во время дачи показаний на суде Жанной Ким (она делала это через видеотрансляцию, находясь за пределами РФ) заявил следующее: «Жанна, если вы будете на нас клеветать, я назову ваших инвесторов. Один — это родственник, а второй — это тот, который послал Буданцева». Под последним человеком (пославшим Буданцева) Кочуйков подразумевал Ракишева.

First, Jeanne, clearly fulfilling the task of Rakishev, provoked Kochuykov into conflict. And then Rakishev sent for a tough «showdown» with the authority of a lawyer Budantsev with military weapons. By and large, it was at the suggestion of Rakishev that the whole story came to an end, which ended with the arrest of Kalashov and employees of the TFR.

However, the Kazakh businessman was not even questioned in the case. Which is not surprising. Now two special lawyers-resolvers — Maximilian Grishin and Vladimir Timoshin have come into the view of the special services. They serve the interests of Rakishev and their task is to ensure that the name of the businessman disappears from various criminal cases. Intelligence agencies are actively engaged in this corruption network and after landing Grishin and Timoshin, they intend to take up their client Rakishev closely.

Let’s get back to the events on Rochdelskaya.

So, December 16, 2015. A little more than a day has passed since the shootout at the Element restaurant, in which the people of Eduard Budantsev and the people of Andrei Kochuykov participated. Budantsev is still in custody (later he will be elected a preventive measure in the form of house arrest), and his first interrogation is undergoing. The lawyer describes in detail the events that occurred on December 14, 2015 (the interrogation protocol is at the disposal of rucriminal.info). In particular, Budantsev describes how he had to go to the Element: “On December 14, at about 20 o’clock, either Vyacheslav or Kenes called me on the cell, I confuse them by voice.” The caller said that some people are «running into» the owner of the restaurant «Elements» Jeanne Kim and she needs urgent help. Vyacheslav means a large Kazakh businessman Vyacheslav Kim (a relative of Jeanne, an investor in the restaurant «Elements»). However, in this case, the caller of Budantsev was not him, but Kenes Rakishev (a close friend of Jeanne and also an investor in Element). The fact that it was Rakishev who called the lawyer, both from the materials of the “Budantsev case” and from the materials of the case against the police officers accused of not preventing the shootout. According to rucriminal.info, in these cases there are details of the telephone connections of the “handsets” of Budantsev and Kim. So, from these details it follows that when the Italians came to Kim, she called to different numbers, including Kenes Rakishev. In turn, Rakishev shortly after this conversation called Budantsev. And the latter began to gather at the Elementes restaurant. But there are no connections between Budantsev’s phone and Zhanna’s phone. Moreover, Kim until the last did not know who would come to her defense. She recorded conversations with ransomware on a recorder that she didn’t turn off. Because of this, the recordings (she is present in the case file and is available to rucriminal.info) included Jeanne’s conversations with people from her team, as well as some telephone conversations (only Kim’s voice is heard). Talks with Jeanne are conducted by lawyers of opponents, trying to clarify the situation with the debt. There are no threats. The situation changes after Kim got in touch with her close friend, Element investor, Kazakh businessman Kenes Rakishev. He promises to send his fighters to her, after which Kim begins to openly be rude to the guests, provoking them into conflict. At that time, Rakishev himself sent a lawyer Eduard Budantsev, who was closely associated with the FSB of the Russian Federation, to «disassemble».

At the same time, Rakishev clearly knew that the people of the “thief in law” Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy) had joined the conflict, but he kept this information from Budantsev. Thus, according to Rucriminal.info sources, he deliberately provoked a conflict.

When Budantsev appears with the escort in the restaurant, Kim at first does not understand what kind of people they are and with whom they are. She is even interested in the precinct — who are they. An experienced Budantsev quickly conducts her survey in order to understand the essence of the conflict. And then it comes to Kim that this is the very “people of Kenes”. To the credit of the lawyer, he did not shy away from more than ten armed gangsters and prevented extortion. At the same time, risking his life.

Moreover, he covered not only Jeanne, but also Rakishev.

Later, Budantsev changed his testimony, saying that since 2014 he had concluded an agreement on legal assistance with Gangam Style LLC (owned by Kim) and it was under this agreement that he arrived at Element on December 14. And not at the request of Kenes Rakishev.

Nevertheless, Budantsev had to admit that the initiator of the “showdown” was precisely Rakishev. This happened on June 29, 2017 at a hearing in the Presnensky court over police officers. Attorney Eduard Budantsev was called there as a witness. He was directly told that during interrogations he contradicted himself. And he was forced to admit that Kenes Rakishev still called him and asked him to come to the «showdown» to the «Elements».

according to rucriminal.info, Kenes Rakishev could be a participant in a difficult game with the goal of setting up Shakro Molodoy. (And to come up with something better for this than to send “to the dark” to clarify the relations of Budantsev, it is impossible). Indeed, Rakishev is also no stranger to the “dark world”, in particular, photographs appeared on the Internet in which Kenes was captured with Anvar Gabbazov, the brother of “thief in law” Rustam Gabbazov (Rustik Bishkek, kidnapped and killed in the Moscow Region in 2004).

         The fact that they became a victim of a provocation with the participation of Rakishev, they themselves believe Andrei Kochuykov and Zakhar Kalashov. The Italian, during testimony in court, Jeanne Kim (she did this through a video broadcast, being outside the Russian Federation) stated the following: “Jeanne, if you slander us, I will call your investors. One is a relative, and the second is the one who sent Budantsev. ” By the last person (who sent Budantsev) Kochuykov meant Rakishev.
